The Performance Nutrition Challenge is almost here! If you haven’t done so already, make sure you sign up on the whiteboard at the gym. This Sunday (January 15th) swing by between 12-2 PM to get your pre-challenge body composition test done by Therapydia. Based on your test results and individual goals, we will be able to calculate your macronutrient needs.
If you haven’t done so already, download MyFitnessPal on your phone and start practicing weighing and tracking your meals. The challenge doesn’t technically start until January 22nd, but weighing and measuring can take some getting used to, so it helps to have a week or so under your belt before we start.
On Sunday, we will be handing out additional information and resources to answer any questions you may have and help make everyone’s transition into the macro counting world as easy as possible!
